A little dated but a charming room in a good location.
The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful.
The room was a little dated, but very charming, and had all of the amenities we needed. Hilton is weird about their Wi-Fi but that’s true everywhere. A warning that Osaka station is the most complicated train station. We experienced in Japan and getting to the Hilton can be quite confusing but once you’re there the lobby is wonderful, food is great, and location is great.

overall good. especially breakfast and location.
location was excellence. room very comfort and quiet. breakfast very good with western and Japanese style, food very delicious.
Bathtub. during shower, water will flow out to the floor due to the glass panel only block half of the bathtub.
