Air con was not working well & air was rather stale. Floor was slightly sticky too.

Great hotel with excellent location and friendly staff. I’d recommend for people without kids though.
Breakfast is excellent, staff is amazing and super helpful, and the location is great. The room was nice.
We were offered a twin bedroom with two single beds even though we were two adults and a 4 year old child. It would have been okay if it was at least a queen bed. A third pull up bed was available, but only upon extra payment. So we felt like “your child stays for free”, but it’s like she wasn’t there, as there was no bed or towel for her. Also we were very disappointed with the TV as we couldn’t cast to the TV from our phone. There were only Japanese channels available. Of course we spent most of our day out, but with a child, it would have been good to have this option for those days we needed a break or when she was sick. Overall, it’s a great hotel, but for adults.

overall good. especially breakfast and location.
location was excellence. room very comfort and quiet. breakfast very good with western and Japanese style, food very delicious.
Bathtub. during shower, water will flow out to the floor due to the glass panel only block half of the bathtub.
